On the coast of West Sussex lies this beautiful unspoilt sandy beach. The views from West Wittering Beach are outstanding over the sea looking towards Chichester Harbour, South Downs and on a clear day you can even see the Spinnaker Tower and the Isle of Wight. The water is crystal clear and the beach has been awarded a Blue Flag award. With miles and miles of white sand it makes it difficult to decide where to sit down and start making sand castles.
Both of our two children loved searching for some beautiful shells. They enjoyed seeing all the various coloured beach huts too. We parked in the car park which you have to pay for but there are all the facilities there you need including toilets and a café although the café is only open at weekends during the winter months.
One of the best beaches we have visited in the UK.
